Operating across diverse business areas including ready-to-wear & retail, energy, agriculture, and technology, women account for 52.2% of total employment at Gürmen Group. While 90% of our design teams are composed of women, women engineers represent 27% of our engineering workforce. Three of the seven members of the Group’s Board of Directors are women.
