MASPO Enerji A.Ş.’s 30 MW ALA-2 geothermal power plant, located in Manisa Alaşehir and ranked among Turkey’s top 10 largest geothermal power plants, has been granted provisional acceptance by the Republic of Türkiye Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources and has been commissioned.

By bringing its second-phase geothermal investment, ALA-2, into operation, Maspo Enerji has both started electricity sales and reached a total installed renewable energy capacity of 40 MW.
