Water Management Policy

Water is one of the most vital resources for ensuring the sustainability of the planet and all living beings. Gürmen is aware of the vulnerability of water—critical to all life activities—in the face of the needs of the entire ecosystem.

Based on respect for our planet as a stakeholder, our Water Management Policy is to:

• Give priority and importance to the efficient use of water in all our activities, directly or indirectly,

• Reduce our water footprint and prioritize water efficiency across our operations,

• Carry out water efficiency initiatives within our production activities and supply chain,

• Assess the potential impacts and possible risks arising from our direct or indirect operations and take the necessary preventive measures and precautions,

• Place importance on raising awareness among our employees and suppliers regarding responsible consumption and the proper treatment and recovery of water, and on establishing the necessary technological infrastructure.

As Gürmen Giyim Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş., we hereby declare and undertake that we will ensure the fulfillment of the requirements of this policy and establish the necessary awareness accordingly.
